Noel grew up in Ely Cardiff and remained there for the rest of his life. He had 2 children, 3 Grandchildren and 1 Great Granddaughter who he loved and adored. He lived in the same house for 69 years.

A Personal Message
He had a business N&P Heating and plumbing, which he worked hard on. He loved his job. He was very good at it. Before he became a heating engineer, he was a jeweler, he made so many items of jewelry for his family.
He was very family-oriented and loved nothing more than a good party or family get-together. He loved his parrots and his dogs. Loved a gadget and a bargain. He was our silver fox.
Noel was our hero. He is so missed by all of his family. His life was cut short. We miss his face, his smile, his silver hair. He was our rock and we will continue to miss him forever. To know he is reunited now with his Mum and Dad, and his Alfie makes it a little easier.
