He worked at Unilever, The Royal Opera House and most of the London theatres as a scenic carpenter. He loved all sports although most were watched from the comfort of his armchair!! When we moved to Worthing from London in 2012 he worked for Worthing theatres until he retired. He liked going on holiday particularly Cyprus although in later years we had enjoyed a couple of cruises. In his retirement, he became an avid 10 pin bowler playing for a local team.
He was a loving husband, father grandfather and brother. We were together for 54 years and married for 50. He was my friend, husband and soul mate and I will miss him every minute of every day as will his 2 sons and 4 grandchildren and sister.
He was taken too soon from the family and friends who loved him dearly.
