About Dean
My Dad was an accomplished Engineer who over the course of his 30 plus year career earned 12 patents. He was also a talented woodworker who once helped my brother build a boat to propose to his now-wife. He loved fly fishing, deep-sea fishing, camping, and spending time with his two grandchildren. He had a hilarious sense of humour and we will all miss his rapier wit.

A Personal Message
Dean was married to his high school sweetheart for 43 years, had 2 children and two grandchildren. He also leaves behind his 91-year-old Father and his sister, who was his best friend. His grandchildren were his pride and joy and they called him, “Papa”. My Dad was the kind of Dad who never missed a recital, he was the Cub Scout Master, he supported us in whatever we did and encouraged us to follow our dreams. We were very blessed growing up to have a Dad like him. We miss him terribly and the void in our family can never be filled. Nothing will ever be normal again.
