My Dad was a proud Yorkshire man, born and bred in Leeds. He worked as a welder, lecturer and then managed service for people with learning disabilities. The family was so important to Dad. He had a sister, four children, 6 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and his beloved wife of 44 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, historical sites, researching family history, art and holidays to the east coast.
I feel that it is so important to remember those who have passed away as a result of this dreadful virus and for all families to pull together at this time to support each other. My Dad was a great man who loved the sunrise, sunset and sitting in his garden listening to the birds.
