He fought a long battle. A rare nasal cancer, subsequent surgery to remove the tumour which had also spread to his brain, sepsis, numerous infections, pneumonia and finally covid-19.
He worked hard all of his life as a carpenter and lived golf. He also played for the Aston Villa FC in the youth team.
