About Jeff

Jeff was a 68 Yr old family man who loved life. He was semi-retired and worked part time as a pharmacy delivery driver. He loved his family and his daughters Nikki and Natalie, stepdaughter Lucy and stepsons Justin and Kirk looked up to and loved him back. We have 11 grandchildren between the ages of 5 months – 14 years and he adored every one of them but sadly had passed before baby Nicholas was born. Jeff loved his family life but had room for his many friends and liked nothing more than a few pints down “the office” his local pub especially on rugby days. Jeff was very sociable and always had a chat and a smile for everyone he met. He loved all sports, quizzes and nature and used to walk for hours on end in his earlier years. Jeff was widely knowledgeable but had a particular interest in birds and music. Jeff was known for his jokes and was king of the one liners and as a family we called them Jeffy jokes.

Jeff's Accomplishments

A memory tree is a fitting reminder of Jeff’s love of nature as the place we lived and grew up was surrounded by trees and woodlands and is aptly named Underwood. It will be a lasting sustainable memorial bringing hope for generations to come.

A Personal Message

Jeff was the love of my life and I have known him since childhood and adored him as a teenager. Although we both had other relationships inbetween, we always seemed to come back together and eventually married in 2008. We said it was meant to be and were together for over 15 happy years for which I am truly thankful. We made such good memories and loved travelling abroad and holidays in St Ives which was Jeff’s favourite place ever. We loved cruising and visited some amazing places but our last big holiday was to mark our 10th wedding anniversary and my 65th birthday so we went to the Carribean on a cruise and stay and it really was the most special time together. I miss my darling husband every single minute and it is only the love and strength of our amazing family that keeps me going. He truly was my love, my life and my friend and I will continue to keep his memory alive through our children and grandchildren. He will never be forgotten as he holds a special place in the hearts of everyone who loves him.
