David was a wonderful caring husband who was so hardworking and caring. He spent his early years in the merchant navy as an engineer and enjoyed travelling around the world. He also enjoyed helping people less fortunate than himself and fostered children for thirteen years.

David loved nature and it is so lovely that a tree can be planted in his memory. It is a living growing tribute to David’s life and something which will help the planet as well.
A Personal Message
He was passionate about making fudge and started his business Taffy’s Treats Fudge as a hobby which grew into a successful little business. He loved going to food festivals and meeting people. He also loved cooking and enjoyed cooking lovely meals for me.
David was a loving husband to Geraldene, father to Ben and Pop to Ruby, Amiya and Jayden. He has gone from our sight but forever in our hearts and memories. We miss him dearly.
