17/07/1953 – 27/01/2021

Philip was born in Gosport, Hampshire to his Mother Joy and father Cyril, brother to Jon, Su & Cheryl and later on David.

Phil later moved to Swindon, Wiltshire with his wife & firstborn daughter, a few years later they had a second daughter. Phil later remarried and became a Step Dad to his third Daughter and much, later on, had another ‘fourth daughter with his wife. Phil lived in Swindon for over 35 years.

Phil was a true family man who always had time for his many friends and colleagues and was never happier than when he was surrounded by people he loved and cared for with a drink in his hand, nobody loved a party more than Phil!

Phil started his career as apprentice at Fleetlands before travelling around the world in the Merchant Navy acquiring many stories along the way which many of you will have heard once or twice along the years!

Phil started work at Hewlett Packard before setting up his own consultancy and EMC assessor business which once again enabled him to travel the world making many loyal friends and colleagues along the way.

Phil only had one priority and that was insuring his family and friends were happy. He was generous, loyal and loving.

Phil, you have left behind your mother, wife, four daughters, four grandchildren, brothers, sisters, aunties, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many friends. Everyone is missing you immensely if love alone could have saved you, you’d still be here with us now.

We can and will never forget you and we know you are living on through your children & grandchildren.

Dedicate a tree in the Forest of Memories for a loved one lost because of Covid-19.
