My dad came from a fishing town in Lancashire, England, called Fleetwood.

My dad loved all of his family. He was in the Royal Navy in his younger days & was proud to serve his country. He worked hard all of his life. He loved going on holidays abroad. His favourite destination was Cayo Coco in Cuba. He had lots of friends at home and in Cuba. He loved a pint & a tot of whiskey whilst playing bingo or snooker.

My dad meant the world to me. I lost my mum when she was in her 40’s and only had dad then. I am going to miss his company on holiday. He was the perfect holiday buddy. He was always there at the end of a phone to give comfort, advice & support. He was loved by lots of family & friends & will be greatly missed by everybody as the Fleetwood working men’s club.

I will miss my dad forever. He was the best dad in the world & I loved him with all my heart x ❤️
