Dad was a loving father to 4 children, he had 7 grandchildren and two step-grandchildren. He was very community spirited in his time he ran many local football clubs. Played for a dominoes team and was an allotment representative. His lifetime hobby was racing pigeons and had a month before achieved his ambition of winning one of the major competitions.
Dad is missed so very much by all his family and friends.
He meant the world to me, he was always there to listen and help when the grandchildren were poorly.
He was loved by many and is missed by all who knew him.
